Any takers? There are several ways we could do this 1. Stick it on tarballs.o.o -- which isn't local but may be more reliable 2. Actually mirror via AFS -- a bit of a pain to setup for one file 3. cache via reverse proxy -- possible 4. add to CI images -- easy to do and avoid remote failures.
