Sure. The value is in the metadata it provides deployers, and if folk
start to depend on it we could gate check it easily enough (install
one profile, build a wheel, back off to just default, then test) - but
lets walk before running.

BTW the default profile is always active, so e.g. test is purely
additive in what will be reported as needed.
