Hi everyone,

I worked with Jeremy today to draft up our etherpad for Mitaka summit planning:

https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/infra-mitaka-summit-planning

According to Thierry's email earlier this month[0], we will have:

    - 4 workrooms (which last for 40 minutes)
    - 3 fishbowl sessions (which each last for 40 minutes)
    - Sprint/Meetup on Friday, shared with Ironic and QA

Note that this means we have one fewer fishbowl session than we had in
Vancouver, but everything else is pretty similar.

The Etherpad is split into those three sections under Proposals so you
can propose your topics to whichever you find appropriate. We don't
have a firm deadline for adding these yet, but we should probably get
this firmed up in the next couple weeks, so get your proposals added
as soon as you can collect your thoughts.
