Antoine, Gearman plugin v 0.1.3 is in the jenkins repo:
http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/repo/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/gearman-plugin/0.1.3/

You might just need to request your jenkins master to get the latest plugins.
