Yes Plumgrid CI was moved to non-voting on Neutron patches a couple of
weeks ago.

Edgar and Kyle will know the details.

I had asked that an email be posted to the third party announce list
when the status changed, but I guess that didnt' happen and I didn't
follow up on that.

So yes, communicating with Neutron is your next step.
