[OpenStack-Infra] Git failed to fetch required projects in CI.

Hi All,

The problem has been resolved, thanks to Robert and Ramy for their help.
Now the CloudByte CI is running at its peak and performing well. The
patches ran yesterday was around 28 and out of it only one job is aborted
rest of them have ran successfully. Also, the suggested method has reduced
the downloading of the required projects, so thanking you all again for
your help.
