 (1 ) If you are using gerrit trigger plugin, turn on Silent Mode in job
configuration.

 (2)  The default gerrit trigger comment will include the link to job
console log.  If your jenkins is behind the firewall, you can use scp
plugin to archive the log to a location with a public interface so everyone
can visit. The comment gerrit trigger plugin posts can be customized in job
configuration-> Gerrit trigger-> Advance->Gerrit reporting value->URL to
post
