Open Stack

Hi,
I've created a CI testing account, i can use it to connect to Gerrit and
read the stream, and i tried to add a comment to a dev/sandbox patchset.
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/139585/
I can see the CI in the Reviewer column but i can't see the comment.
This is the command i used: (from jenkins job)

sudo -u cinder ssh -p 29418 cloudfoundersci at review.openstack.org
gerrit review -m '"CloudFounders OpenvStorageCI Testing noop"'
9f0d93bf3bcf84beecafc3ac647179b1d690b828
