Is there any risk of us attracting attention of anyone that might
prevent us using the name at all?

It would be a shame to getting into a branding battle which we would
lose should we do something to spark one.

If we decide we want a logo, I have no objections to this one. I'm just
wondering if we might trigger a consequence that so far hasn't occurred.
