As stated in the document you referenced in your request, you can
choose to include a more descriptive name for the account (which
will appear in the headings of Gerrit comments it creates), and also
a contact E-mail address for the individual or group maintaining
that service/system (though due to limitations in Gerrit it cannot
be an E-mail address used for any other account).
