I am currently trying to translate and publish Container Whitepaper[1]<br>
in Japanese language, but the publishing process seems to be not good.<br>

We have completed its translation, but its publication is stopped as so far.<br>
I assume publication procedure is proceeded automatically when<br>
Zanata[2] indicator show 100% , but it have never been proceeded.<br>
Does anyone help us to proceed, if whitepaper translation needs manual steps.<br>

Other translated docs have been already published in Korean, German<br>
and Indonesian languages.<br>
