<div dir="ltr">Hello Alex and Patrick,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I am very thankful your your all and kind support on Zanata
- <a href="http://translate.openstack.org" target="_blank">translate.openstack.org</a> :)</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Now I have a question on some authentication part in <a href="http://translate.openstack.org" target="_blank">translate.openstack.org</a>
.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>As you might have already noticed, I18n team will have one
important Hands-on Workshop session during Boston Summit on
this Wednesday [1].</div>
<div>Yesterday, I met a Chinese OpenStack contributor and I
asked her to also join in <a href="http://translate.openstack.org" target="_blank">translate.openstack.org</a>.</div>
<div>However, she could not proceed to register in <a href="http://translate.openstack.org" target="_blank">translate.openstack.org</a>
although she already had registered <a href="http://www.openstack.org" target="_blank">www.openstack.org</a>
account and signed ICLA.</div>
<div>I was trying to find some log messages in Zanata but I did
not know how to see some log messages.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Would you investigate in this important authentication
problem?</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>It might imply that many participants on this Wednesday for
Hands-on Workshop session will not able to register their
accounts in Zanata, and now I am too much worried about this
worst case.</div>
<div>If we might need actual server logs in the production
server, please tell me then I will ask this to infra team
members.</div>
<div><br>

<div>With many thanks,</div>
