Infra team have set up the Zanata test instance on top of openstack<br>
infrastructure.<br>
OpenStack projects, together with the translations, in Transifex<br>
have been moved to Zanata test instance now.<br>
So we could start the Zanata trial now.<br>

so you will be presented with a warning, it's ok)<br>

1. Log in<br>
You can use your OpenStack ID to log in.<br>
If you don't have, register here:<br>
<a href="https://www.openstack.org/join/register" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.openstack.org/join/register</a><br>
I will suggest to register with your company email, which will help<br>
your company to get the credit.<br>
If you don't want to, that's OK. :))<br>
When you log in, you will be required to fill in your profile.<br>
Then you can start the trial.<br>

2. Join a translation team<br>
List all languages by clicking "Languages" on the top.<br>
Click your language, you will go to that language page.<br>
On the right of the language name, there is a button "^..." which<br>
means "more actions".<br>
Click on the button and select "Request to Join Team".<br>
Then wait for your request to be approved.<br>
When it is approved, you will get the email notification.<br>

3. Manage your team member if you are a coordinator<br>
If you are assigned a coordinator role, you will be able to see "Add<br>
Team Members"<br>
in the language page after clicking "^..." (more actions).<br>
You can only search users by user id.<br>
You can assign a member different roles (translator, reviewer,<br>
coordinator)<br>

4. Translate<br>
After you have a language team, list the projects by clicking<br>
"Projects" on the top.<br>
Select a project, select a version, then you can translate.<br>
<br>
5. Feedback<br>
We hope to get your feedback to the Zanata trial.<br>
If you find any resources/translations missed, which is in Transifex<br>
but not in Zanata, please let us know.<br>
If you find any bugs, please let us know.<br>
If you don't know how to operate, please let us know.<br>
We use <a href="https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/zanata-feedback" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/zanata-feedback</a> to track the<br>
feedback.<br>

Now if you want to translate, please still use Transifex for your<br>
primary translations work.<br>
Your registration to OpenStack ID will be preserved for ever.<br>
When we officially move to Zanata, you don't need to register again.<br>
But we need to create the language team once more.<br>

2. Anyone can create projects, for the sake of this demonstration<br>
please don't create your own<br>
