So, %s (and %d, and %(...) ) are special "variable" strings, which will<br>
be substituted by the program when it is running.<br>

ALLOW 22:23 from MySecurityGroup<br>
<br>

So, when translating them, you can put the %-variables wherever you need<br>
to in the sentence - you just need to make sure they are unmodified, so<br>
eg %(from)s is found in both the source and translated string.<br>
