[OpenStack-I18n] Questions on new user registration failure in translate.openstack.org

Ian,

To allow me to check, what is her username and email used?

Also, can she login to https://openstackid.org/accounts/user/profile? that
is the authentication engine Zanata is using for /translate.openstack.org
