[OpenStack-I18n] [Bug 1670640] [NEW] zanata_stat.py does not honor branch (version) and stats of the last processed branch is used

Public bug reported:

zanata_stat.py can process multiple versions (branches) at the same
time, but the logic does not honor a version processed. As a result,
user stats from the last processed version is used as user translation
stats.

AFAIK the tool is used to retrieve translation stats and determine ATC
status.
