  [French] Delete instance translated incorrectly

Status in openstack i18n:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In French version "Delete Instance" in Horizon interface is translated
  as "Supprimer le l'instance" for the singular form, whereas the
  correct one is "Supprimer l'instance".
