[OpenStack-I18n] language specific view in Zanata

Hi,

I agree with the "view" which makes more sense to translators. We have
couple of redesign work in place at the moment. Project/version page which
will be combine and have more related information in the page which
targetting the translation activities. Also, the user dashboard page which
will have more user related activities and statistics.

Will update you guys once it is ready. :)
