Good point but if you suggest to use this one, I'm not sure if that's 
the purpose of this new list. I found some localized lists while non of 
them appears to be for the translation relevant discussions but for 
whatever-language-speaking OpenStack _users_. I think the needs are 
different, don't you think?

But it mostly answers the question how to request a list :-)
