Hello,

I think today 13:00 UTC is for i18n IRC meeting,
since the discussion on meeting time is not finalized yet. Am I 
understanding right?

And my votes are:
- I am okay for all, but I want to choose (C) because French team (and 
also more Europe teams, maybe) will be happier :)
- My choice is (X), because (Y) is incompatible with meeting time 
reservation.
