[OpenStack-I18n] Current status of important topics??

For translation site, please see the discussion on
http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-infra/2016-July/004524.html .

I hope the translate check will be available soon, but
since I am not a puppet expert, it is difficult to deeper investigate 
into it.
Anyone able to help it? :)
