[Openstack-i18n] IBM translations to contribute: update

Hi Daisy,

Good to hear that you got good results so far.
Daisy, Doug and his colleagues, thanks for your hard work.

One confirmation.
Is the translation memory isolated until the branch is merged into the
master branch?

I don't see any concern except the above.
