Hi all, I've got a patch in progress to convert the "API Quick Start" from Docbook to RST: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/217467/ Since it has quite a few translations completed, I want to make sure that converting that document is okay with the translators. So, is it okay to convert and build using RST instead of Docbook? Is the tooling available for files in the api-site repository?
