[Openstack-i18n] Liberty translations are closing

I mainly merged translations of Horizon, Nova and django_openstack_auth, 
and 
other projects with read only master version.
Not all projects.

Which projects do you expect more strings?
I merged a few projects with stable-liberty, e.g. swift and glance,
I didn't see any changes to master version.
