Hi All,

I would like to share Horizon translation update for Icehouse with you all.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***

(1) Horizon Transifex resources have just been renamed to "-icehouse" suffix.
Please translate Transifex resource whose name have "Icehouse" from now on.
It is because Horizon RC1 is shipped and Transifex resource without
release names
are automatically updated when some patch is merged.

(2) A couple of string updates were made today. Please check your
language on Transifex.
They were done based on feedbacks from translation team and I believe they make
strings more clear. Sorry for the convenience at this last moment.

(3) Translation import for Icehouse
Horizon team will import the latest translations next Monday 0000 at UTC.
It might be changed and I hope you catch up before weekend :-)

Horizon RC1 is shipped without translation imports (because we have
string updates at the last moment).
>From now on, Horizon team enforce strict string freeze and all string
changes will be proposed to I18N list (if can).
It is the first trial and it must be a manual process, so I am not
sure it works well.
