[Openstack-i18n] Horizon (arabic translation)

Oh! Right! I see now.

My hope is that it works the other way around, but the only way we can
know for sure is testing. If it doesn't work, then we should file a bug
with transifex. Can you try saving a string of this class, and maybe we
can update the horizon test site to see what happens?
