They do however exist for 10.3 - <a href="http://downloads.mariadb.com/MariaDB/mariadb-10.3.0/repo/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mariadb-10.3/" class="OWAAutoLink" id="LPlnk525705" previewremoved="true">http://downloads.mariadb.com/MariaDB/mariadb-10.3.0/repo/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mariadb-10.3/</a> .
I am not familiar with the all-in-one installs though but I am sure you can change the version somewhere. </p>
