<div>* The installation guide is fully converted, and we would like to have it tested/reviewed against Kilo before we start in on the upgrades to Liberty (mainly to make sure that we converted everything that needed converting).</div>

<div>Recruiting more testers (both for the converted guide and for Liberty)</div>

<div>* We had a discussion about tracking review work that doesn’t necessarily generate patches/bugs, in that it's a time-consuming activity that may or may not have any stackalytics numbers to show for it. Brian suggested a practice of reviewers leaving comments
on files indicating that they have been tested, which would allow reviewers to get patch credit. We're open to ideas.</div>
<div>* Matt pointed out that access to devices on which to run installations is also a blocker for testers. Some of us have access to cloud servers via work. We could provide a cloud account of some kind for general OpenStack install testing purposes, but someone
would have to manage it. Again, seeking suggestions.</div>

<div>Contributor guide questions</div>

<div>* We were wondering what the status is on the contributor guide, since there is probably some installation-guide specific content that could be helpful.</div>
<div>* Among other things, Matt has written a document about installing OpenStack in the Rackspace cloud, which may have information that could be adapted for general advice on spinning up OpenStack in cloud environments.</div>
