I changed the status of <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1311067" target="_blank">https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals/+bug/1311067</a> to fix-committed. It is a change in the config-reference. Is it correct to change the status directly from fix-committed to fix-released?<br>
