 on nova-networks with a little neutron thrown in around the edges. <br>

I will be out on vacation next week but the following week I will take a close look and give a stab at writing some neutron to flesh it out.<br>

<div>My question/request is this: Phil, what do you already have written about neutron troubleshooting that we can reuse in this doc? What other parts could I pull in from the Ops Guide? Should the neutron-debug command be brought into this guide?</div>
