<div>- (2) Transifex cannot handle % character properly</div>

<div style="">This is very simple. Updating source lang file in Transifex solves it.</div>

<div>PO file generated from openstack-manuals repository contains hyperlinks<br>

<div style="">On the other hand, hyperlinks in PO file on Transifex have the style without xlink</div>
