The delorean.repo file mentioned in the wiki[1] appears to have moved from:

http://trunk.rdoproject.org/centos7/current-passed-ci/delorean.repo

To:

http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/cloud/x86_64/rdo-trunk-master-tested/delorean.repo

But I still can't update the wiki, unfortunately.
