FYI, for Debian, everything that is in the current install-guide but
Horizon is now available using Newton beta 3 release on the above
mentioned URLs. We're currently working on the Horizon missing
javascript libraries, then we'll be able to build that remaining
dashboard packages.

Note that this is still a little bit experimental, as we haven't
figured-out yet how to do tempest tests within OpenStack infra. So most
likely, the person that will test will have to report a few bugs, as the
team hasn't started testing.

We will keep you informed of the progress.
