Open Stack

Once this change is in, I plan to trigger a new release of 
openstackdocstheme:
https://review.openstack.org/267559

The release would then include the following changes - unless something 
else merges before it or you have something to add and tell me to wait 
for it ;)

I'm also considering to wait for https://review.openstack.org/267545 - 
but needs another +2 first for it.
