[OpenStack-docs] data store or datastore?

Change
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/262804 renames - as suggested by trove 
folks - "data store" to "datastore".

Looking up the IBM terminology which we use as reference (
http://www-01.ibm.com/software/globalization/terminology/d.html ), I see 
"data store".

So, should we follow trove practice or not? Currently, we are not 
consistent, a grep reveals both usages in our guides,
