[OpenStack-docs] [install-guide] should we disable SELinux on Fedora?

Christian,

I think you marked a few sections good with Fedora 22 on the Liberty docs
testing page. Were you testing the RST conversion with Kilo packages or
actually using Liberty packages? If Liberty, I recommend waiting until we
complete the architectural and configuration changes.
