[OpenStack-docs] Wrapup - Liberty Design Summit

Like Olga, I'd be happy to help implement what the team decides on by
updating/creating/migrating. Love the timing for this, I've been taking a
pass at the wiki for basic copyedit and link verification and noticed some
of the issues Christian alluded to.
