I still don't like any terms that make our audience think we support more
than an explicit set of distributions. To Andreas' concern, we can most
likely combine RHEL/CentOS/Scientific/Fedora into one conditional (Redhat
or RH), SLES and openSUSE into another conditional (SUSE), and use notes
for the handful of differences among the variants.
