[OpenStack-docs] Fwd: [openstack-dev] [all] DevStack switching from MySQL-python to PyMySQL

I haven't done an analysis myself, so wondered if the docs hive mind thinks
this will affect the install or config guide? I guess it's up to packagers
and pretty far down in abstraction layers, but thought I'd at least forward
in case there's a consideration for the guides.
