The maven plugin is for the DocBook books, yes. The RST docs are the new
ones, but not everything is converted over yet. So far, the End User
Guide and the Admin User Guide are completely converted, the Cloud Admin
Guide and the HA Guide are in progress, and the Install Guide and the
Security Guide are about to be started.
