That project is primarily the CRM for the site, but it's database-backed for much of the content and has to be edited through the CRM by one of the site maintainers (a few of the Foundation staff and tipit.net, a Web development firm with whom the Foundation contracts). The easiest way to bring this to their attention is to file a bug at https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-org/+filebug with relevant information. -- Jeremy Stanley
