Open Stack

Pranav and myself reworked yesterday the training-guides gating
following the Icehouse spec and all patches are merged:
* There're no more translation jobs running
* For icehouse, the usual jobs are enabled (no change)
* For trunk, a single job is run called slides.

The slides job needs to be enhanced over time to include building of the
slides, just update tox.ini for it.

To run the slides job locally, just do "tox -e slides".

Pranav also fixed the publishing from icehouse, so
http://docs.openstack.org/icehouse/training-guides/ is now life

So, now is time to cleanup docs.openstack.org and start the conversion
to RST.
