The specs-jobs to publish the openstack-specs on specs.o.o was added with https://review.openstack.org/#/c/152698/, but there is now directory openstack-specs available on http://specs.openstack.org/openstack/. I think the problem is that the job was added after the last commit in the openstack-specs repository and that it is sufficient to merge a dummy commit to run the publish job one time. Christian.
