[OpenStack-docs] [training-labs] Cluster VM setup hangs in Ubuntu 14 Trusty

It's working now; sort of. At least I see the VM being built so that' a
step forward at least. I'm using the non-mirrored repo so I think I have
some work to do before I bother you folks again. Happy holidays!!
