==RST Conversion==

The conversion was finished and published. The current work item is rounding up any extraneous links leftover. We're tracking links here on this table: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/ReorganizeUserGuides#Link_checks_and_changes

==Tracking work items==

The user guide team is creating a blueprint to organise the work items written down in the original docs spec. The team will also be using a google doc or ether pad to make notes and draft changes.

Next Meeting:
The next meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday afternoon/Thursday Mornining. This week's meeting will be moved forward one hour from 9:30 AEST to 10:30 AEST - 4:30 PST to 5:30 PST (UTC 00:30).
