[OpenStack-docs] Can we push stable/juno out a day or two?

I checked the RDO repository almost every day since release and didn't see
release packages until the e-mail announcement. Maybe they weren't publicly
visible? Anyway, given at least four installation permutations with RDO
packages, I would appreciate any help testing the installation guide as
soon as packages become available for a particular release. With any luck,
we can reduce the delay between official release and a stable installation
guide.
