Open Stack

Hi there

I see a bunch of new patches coming in to improve the training-guides
DocBook content. I thought we had decided to ditch most of that content and
replace it with links to appropriate openstack-manuals docs (complemented
by restructuredText slides in the training-guides repo). So either I didn't
get a memo, or somebody else didn't.

I would hate for people to waste their time improving things that are
slated for removal.
