[Openstack-docs] Patch for automated Debian installations

I've took the time to review the distribution specific parts in a bit
more detail.

Looking at the Image Service example, it's basically really only this
section which is completely different:

And this is different from all other distributions, Debian is the odd
one out. Looking at the description for me it's not so much that Debian
is using a different tool - it's a complete different way of describing
it. While for the non-Debian distros, we explicitly document which
variables to set, I see here "Respond to prompts" without any guidance
on what to answer - and that means to me what you document is a
different kind of guide then what we describe. Looking at the
screenshot, the non-Debian guides would write something like:
"Respond the pipeline question with 'keystone'".

And that's for me the question - are we working on the same kind of guide?

Thomas, btw. I think part of this is also triggered by comments like you
do in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/97156/. I do have added you as
reviewer in the past to several patches and sometimes didn't get a
review in a timely manner. We work on a best effort base and many of us
on a volunteer base - like you - and while I understand your some of
your frustration, such comments might lead some to not review your
patches at all,

Andreas
