[Openstack-docs] Script to update samples?

I asked a similar question while reviewing -- for keystone, we directly
link to the git.openstack.org copy of the sample files in the source repos.
I'd prefer that to pulling in a copy.

If a project doesn't already have sample files, then we'd need to bring it
into ours, and automating makes sense in that case.

Summer, do you have an inventory or idea of what the possibilities are
here?
