Security advisories are already mentioned in the stable point
release notes for the versions where they were fixed. Security notes
on the other hand are not necessarily specific to certain versions
of OpenStack and are often in reference to configuration guidelines
and deployment best practices, or to related but non-OpenStack
software commonly found deployed along with parts of OpenStack. They
might make sense as an appendix to the Security Guide, but the
authors of the notes and the guide would know better so I won't
presume.
